Brand: ARSENE ET LES PIPELETTES was born in 2011 by Chloé de Bailliencourt who has always loved designing and making clothes. A passion that has run in her family for four generations (her grandfather founded PETIT BOY). Today, Arsène Et Les Pipelettes has 10 standalone boutiques in France and Europe, and around a hundred multi-brand points of sale globally.
