Returns and Exchanges
For orders delivered within Lebanon, SMOL is happy to provide FREE returns if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us (i.e., picked up or processed by UPS/Aramex/ any other mail carrier). For more details, please see “Return Instructions” below. We will refund you in the form of SMOL store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store - valid for one year. SMOL SAL does not provide any cash refunds.
If the return is done within the 30 days and the return request is approved by SMOL SAL, SMOL SAL will take responsibility for the return shipment fees. No item can be returned after the 30 days have passed.
Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. Returned clothes, if washed or worn, will be refused. In case you ordered a product and requested a return and the product was found to be damaged, you will bear all delivery and return fees associated with this product and you will not be given store credit.
Please note that some of our items are final sale.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items;
- Breast pumps and toilet training merchandise;
- Products that have been personalized or made to your specifications;
- Exclusive collaborations;
- Furniture and bulky items;
- Items that have already been assembled;
- Special promotional items and giveaways
- Items with missing price tags, labels, original packing, and any other missing accessories
You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Return Policy for Gifts
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, we will refund you in the form of SMOL store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store - valid for one year. The gift receiver can request the return of such gift within 30 days of purchase by contacting SMOL on SMOL contact details mentioned on the delivery receipt. If the return is accepted based on the return conditions mentioned above, the amount will be credited to the SMOL account of the gift receiver. If the gift receiver does not have a SMOL account, they will need to create one.
In order to exchange your product for an alternative item please see above details. SMOL SAL will process the exchange as a return and provide you with SMOL store credit which you can use to complete a NEW order online for the replacement products. SMOL SAL offers FREE shipping for returns within Lebanon however the NEW purchase incurs its own delivery fees.
SMOL Store Credit
Refunds will be given in the form of SMOL store credit. Your SMOL store credit will be issued once your returned items are received back at SMOL Store, inspected and approved for return.

Special Online Promotional Codes
Special online promotional codes are valid for online purchases ONLY unless specifically stated. Offer valid for single use per customer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and may not be used towards gift cards, special discounts or applied to previous purchases. Offer applies to merchandise only and cannot be applied toward shipping and handling charges, taxes and fees, and is not redeemable for cash. To redeem this offer, customer must enter code at checkout. Offer is subject to modification at any time without notice.
- SMOL Gift Cards may be treated the same as cash and used online or in-store.
- In order to use the gift card, you must have or create a free SMOL account.
- The SMOL Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for cash refund or used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
- SMOL is not responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen SMOL Gift Cards or used by third parties without permission of the card owner.
- Promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase SMOL Gift Cards.
- SMOL Gift Cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
- SMOL SAL reserves the right to void and cancel SMOL Gift Cards if a gift card is suspected to be obtained, used, or applied to any SMOL account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
Return Policy for Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. Please let us know if the item was a gift.
- Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your return label and Return ID.
- Please enter your Return ID on the form given, and include with your return.
- Please print and attach the return label onto your shipping box and drop off at your nearest UPS/Aramex/TNT/DHL/any other mail carrier location. You may also schedule a pickup with any of these mail carriers.
